Wayhome is made for NDIS Participants, Hosts and Housemates who are looking to start a living arrangement. To make this process easier and allow for more choice and control we’ve created WayHome. Find the other party for your living arrangements based on their location, interests or the type of support needed/provided.

WayHome is a tool made by registered provider My Supports who is a leader on Individualised Living Options (ILO). To get the best out of your ILO, the first 12 months of all arrangements will be implemented and managed by My Supports.
